Sorry it was a little delayed but here are the results to the April Comp. The theme for April's competition will be smiling. Throughout our lives, we all smile for various reasons with varying levels of truth behind our expressions. The smile of a prom queen, the smile of a widow, an infant smiling in it's mother's arms for the first time, or even the smile of a killer: all of these are snapshots into the human existence and allow insight into a person's psyche.

This April, take a little time to delve into this commonplace, but no less common expression. For the month of April, spend a little more time thinking and maybe even smile at a stranger :)

This months comp theme is :sun:Summer Memories.:sun: Remember that first summer kiss, spitting watermelon seeds out on the curb, the feel of lush (or sometimes crispy) grass on your barefeet? How about the first scraped knee of freedom from school? We are looking for your summer memories this month and to capture that feeling of freedom summer produces in us all. :relax:

what sort of rules and stuff would we do for the love poem contest? would it have to be rhyme or anything or just a love poem in general?

At this point, it is whatever format you desire. We will eventually start having comps that require a certain form. :) So feel free to just write what comes.

When we tried to access the links you gave they didn't come up, it said access denied. Next time put your submission in the note instead of just a link. :)
