Please be respectful and courteous of other members, if you have a problem with someone else please leave it out of SV.
Please refrain from using CAPS LOCK. It gives off the appearance of yelling and can be annoying to other members.
Idling is not tolerated. This is a chatroom.. Idlers will be kicked. If you are kicked because you have idled please do no come back in the room angry and upset. You were warned.
Swearing is permitted in SV, so long as it is not used to insult or upset other members. Excessive swearing is frowned upon.
Please do not be disrespectful to our staff members. They are here to help you and maintain the chatroom. If you have an issue with a staff member we ask that you please note *ShatteredVerse and the matter will be dealt with directly.
The promotion of other chatrooms and/or other clubs is strictly prohibited.
Please remember that we are a poetry chatroom, of course other types of artists are welcomed and encouraged. Please treat everyone with the same respect you would want.
Constructive Criticism is encouraged but please refrain from being overtly harsh to someone else. This not only hurts but also can be discouraging. We all have different styles and remember we all started somewhere.
We would like to ask you to not ask to be made a SVstaff member. If we feel you are worthy of a promotion we will note you about it. Sometimes surprises can be nice!
Please be sure to ask before sharing a poem, as sometimes when other members are in the middle of a conversation it can be rather frustrating to have a poem pop up out of nowhere. This is to ensure everyone's happiness.
